Schenker Appointed as Official Logistics and Special Events Supplier to the International Triathlon Union

(MISSISSAUGA, Ontario—June 1, 2007) Schenker of Canada Limited today announced that it has been selected by the Organizing Committee for the International Triathlon Union (ITU) as the Official Logistics and Special Events Supplier for the ITU World Cup event taking place in Vancouver, B.C. on June 10th.

SCHENKERglobalsportsevents group will provide event planning and logistics, and on-site management. These services will include venue set up and timeline management; on-time provision of large and complex equipment to the event site; and complete event coordination including provision of on-site work force and security personnel during set up, event day and deconstruction.
