[160415] Japan earthquake advisory

Please be informed of this general advisory following the earthquake that hit east of Kumamoto.

A 6.4-magnitude earthquake hit the area of Kumamoto on 14th April at 21:26 hrs. Aftershocks were felt minutes after, measuring 5.7 and 6.4 magnitudes. 

Though no tsunami warnings were raised, buildings collapsed and power supplies were cut in some areas. Furthermore, the Kyushu Highway is inaccessible and traffic jams are present everywhere, especially in the heart of Kumamoto.
