China implements new import regulations amid Zika virus spread
Chinese authorities have announced new preventive actions for all cargo entering the country from origins affected by the Zika virus disease.
The announcement, issued on 4th March 2016, lists the countries whose incoming cargo are to be subjected to anti-mosquito treatment. Shipments without proof of undergoing such treatments will be fumigated at the port of discharge in China without prior notice.
